Trinity at Home is looking for a caring and committed In-Home Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team and help enrich the lives of individuals in their own homes. Position Details Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required) Position: In-Home Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant (all shifts!) Pay: $12 - $15 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m., 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m., with every other weekend required Location: Client homes throughout our service area What You'll Do Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and supportive environment Administer prescribed medications and monitor client health status Maintain clear records and communicate any health changes to families or healthcare professionals Support safe mobility, including walking, transfers, and the use of mobility aids Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe, clean environment Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care What We're Looking For Prior experience in geriatric care or other healthcare settings preferred Strong understanding of patient care and the ability to adapt to individual needs Excellent communication and teamwork skills Genuine compassion and a commitment to quality care Flexibility to respond to changing needs in a home environment Why Join Trinity at Home?
