Requirements
- HHA certificate or CNA license (valid in Florida)
- CPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or ASHI)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to care
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
- Prepare meals, offer medication reminders, and encourage wellness habits
- Run errands and assist with appointments as needed
- Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, tidying, and cleaning
- Observe and report any changes in health or behavior
- Help clients feel safe, respected, and cared for
