Requirements
- Caregiving experience (professional or personal — even babysitting counts!)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
- Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) in California (or willing to register)
Nice To Haves
- CPR & First Aid certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hands-on care and emotional support
- Assist with daily living activities (meal prep, personal care, mobility assistance)
- Engage clients in meaningful, interactive activities
