We are seeking In Home Care Providers with experience as a certified nursing assistant, home health aide or personal care aide to join our independently owned and operated national agency. We can offer seasonal, PRN or supplemental employment opportunities in addition to on-going permanent positions. SYNERGY HomeCare offers: Direct deposit Paid orientation and ongoing training Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays Flexible schedules and matching with nearby clients Weekday daytime hours, short evening shifts, overnight shifts or any combination to accomodate your other work, school or family obligations.
Requirements
- Experience as a certified nursing assistant, home health aide or personal care aide
Responsibilities
- Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
- Provide personal care to clients as needed
- Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
- Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
