Job Summary: As an In-Home Care Provider, you will play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life while remaining in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. You will provide a range of non-medical and personal care services—from companionship and daily support to end-of-life care—tailored to meet each client's unique needs with compassion, dignity, and respect.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current Oregon Driver’s license and auto insurance
• Pass a state required background check and drug screening
• Physical ability to complete the demands of the job.
• Strong work ethic
• A willingness to learn and become a quality Home Health Aide.
• Compassion for people from all walks of life.

• Professional, open communication, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside.
• Support clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals.
• Assist clients with shopping and errands.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment properly.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA protocol.
