Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services Field
• At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• High level of initiative, self-direction, and accountability for actions
• Ability to travel if needed
• Valid state driver's license and automobile insurance coverage
• Access to an automobile
• Ability to operate a computer and perform basic Windows functions for data management
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
