Supports the school-based Literacy School Improvement Coaches, Title I schools and the Title I Department in the coordination of achievement to improve the quality of teaching and student learning activities in reading and language arts, specifically the school’s areas of need as determined through the implementation of Common Core Georgia Performance Standards and state/national assessments.
