About The Position

Leading International Freight Forwarder seeking an Import Export Air & Ocean Coordinator responsible for monitoring port to port international cargo at their brand new facility. The company will promise you stability and professional growth. Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of exporting experience
• Capable of using Microsoft Word & Excel

Nice To Haves

• Oral and written Japanese at a professional level is a plus but not required
• Any other Asian language is a plus

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers & vendors to coordinate high volume ocean and air import and export shipment
• Record and monitor shipping details on company system
• Schedule daily cargo pickup & delivery
• Act as a liaison by providing assistance to sales representatives and customers
• Generating shipping documentations such as Ocean BL, Airway Bills, other export / import documentations & commercial invoices
