About The Position

Ensures accurate and timely processing of manifests for international shipments to comply with customs regulations. Provides system support and information retrieval Ensures accurate information critical to processing of international shipments. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/G.E.D.
• One (1) year of clerical or transportation, freight forwarding or brokerage experience with international experience preferred.
• Customer contact experience preferred.
• Typing skills preferred.
• Knowledge of ECS, Visa, Cosmos, Cheers, Ambassador, KIAC and/or other FedEx Systems preferred.
• CRT and/or PC experience preferred.
• Knowledge of U.S. Customs Regulations and Procedures preferred.
• Good communications and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
