Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain files and records
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data collection and analysis
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation
  • Basic math skills for order entry and data analysis
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with team members and clients

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Handling documentation, tracking, shipment status updates, customs release, ISF input, data entry.
  • Using the freight stream systems
  • Working with various truckers & consignees.
  • Assist in other functions as required by the company.
  • No experience required, will provide training for the position. Previous experience is a plus.
