Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Success Consultant to be part of a growing team of implementation and consulting specialists delivering class leading implementations of our FirmView product

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience
  • Implementing PE Fund accounting solutions, or,
  • Working within finance (fund accounting) at a Fund Administrator.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Excel and use of sophisticated formulas.
  • Logical mind able to understand the big picture and detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation of the FirmView platform to meet a clients specific requirements.
  • Work closely with customers and other analysts to gather requirements and design reports that meet business needs. (Creating specifications for developers and report writers.)
  • Collaborate with software developers, product manager, and testers to deploy custom features for clients
  • Manage client stakeholder meetings to review project milestones, accomplishments
  • Produce high level solution documentation for the clients implementation.
  • Manipulating complex excel files to create data loads and reconciliation.
  • Validate / test deliverables pre client delivery.
