About The Position

J. J. Keller is looking for an Implementation Project Analyst to lead the way in onboarding and implementing two of our flagship technology solutions for our customers. You'll be the go-to expert for implementation - owning the projects from start to finish. With new features rolling out regularly, you'll collaborate with product teams, understand enhancements, and translate them into meaningful benefits for customers. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Technology or related field. In lieu of the bachelor's degree, an associate's degree in a related field combined with two years of additional related experience may be considered.
  • 3+ years in a project management, account management or sales related role including experience working with external customers.
  • Must be proficient in the use of a PC and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to provide customer service to the executive level as well as to the end user level.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Ability to function independently and as part of a team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working with SaaS offerings, technology implementations and/or in the transportation industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manages multiple large scale/complex implementations including: System Configuration & Setup, Data Migration Services, Administrator & User Training, Driver Training, Scanning/Review Services and FTP process.
  • Completes necessary contracts that align with customer requirements.
  • Works with all levels of our customer/user base, including, but not limited to system users, system administrators, managers/supervisors and executives to ensure project buy-in and deliverables are met.
  • Provides sales support and implementation engineering to sales teams as part of the sales process.
  • Works with Sales and client level users (including management) to define and document requirements for Implementation Services.
  • Provides product support to Customer Care Team.
  • Participates in enhancement and functionality review process.
  • Maintains on-going communication and positive working relationships with all associates and customers (internal and external).
