About The Position

DisclosedRx, a fast-growing Pharmacy Benefit Management company, is seeking a driven Implementation Manager to lead and streamline new client onboarding. This role ensures our clients receive smooth, timely, and professional implementation experience. As the Implementation Manager, you will lead the project planning, stakeholder coordination, and progress tracking for the successful onboarding of our new clients. You'll ensure each implementation follows our proven process, delegating tasks effectively while jumping in to support when needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare, PBM, or TPA environments.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple high-volume, concurrent projects under tight timelines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with client-facing responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated strength in delegation, follow-through, and holding teams accountable.
  • Comfortable working across departments (Sales, Data Operations, Claims, Account Management).
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with pharmacy benefit onboarding or healthcare system integrations.
  • Familiarity with CRM or project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Salesforce).
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • PMP certification or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the end-to-end implementation process for new PBM clients from kickoff go live, include post go live monitoring
  • Managing detailed project timelines and holding all stakeholders (internal and external) accountable for meeting deadlines.
  • Facilitating regular meetings with clients, brokers, TPAs, and internal teams to drive progress and clarity.
  • Candidate delegates effectively while maintaining oversight to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Setting clear expectations with clients and partners regarding timelines, deliverables, and communication.
  • Handling multiple concurrent projects with precision, confidence, and a solutionsoriented approach.
  • Identifying risks early and proactively developing mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
  • Tracking implementation performance by client and delivering regular updates to leadership, including reports on status, risks, and resolutions.
  • Improving and perfecting the implementation process, bringing fresh ideas to help us scale with quality.
