About The Position

The Account Executive plays a critical role in driving client success and long-term partnerships at DisclosedRx. This role is responsible for retaining and growing existing business, leading client renewals, and serving as a trusted advisor to ensure exceptional client experiences. The Account Executive partners closely with clients, brokers, TPAs, and internal teams to deliver strategic insights, innovative pharmacy benefit solutions, and measurable value that support client goals and fuel company growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of cumulative experience in sales, account management, clinical, or other client-facing roles within healthcare or the PBM industry.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through completion.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders and translate data into strategic insights.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of the DisclosedRx value proposition and effectively communicate it in the marketplace.
  • Maintain client retention rates in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Partner with external clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and successful implementations.
  • Collaborate with TPAs, brokers, and clients to analyze drug utilization, develop actionable insights, and deliver Client Plan Reviews and Annual Reviews.
  • Serve as a strategic partner in new sales activities, implementations, product ideation, and growth opportunities.
  • Advise clients on navigating the evolving regulatory landscape.
  • Partner with Member Services and Operations to deliver high-quality service and client satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership on key strategic initiatives impacting client performance and market positioning.
  • Support client renewals by building relationships with key stakeholders and identifying opportunities for innovative pharmacy benefit plan designs.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership for project-level resources and initiative oversight.
  • Improve client satisfaction through high-quality consulting, proactive communication, and long-term relationship development.
  • Partner with the RFP team to ensure responses align with client requirements and company standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
