About the Implementation Manager: The Implementation Manager is a trusted leader responsible for delivering complex, high-value software integrations for enterprise clients, strategic partners and funding partners. This role manages the full implementation lifecycle—scoping, planning, execution, and deployment—while ensuring long-term client satisfaction and platform adoption. As a key member of the implementation team, the Implementation Manager brings deep project leadership expertise, a proactive client-first approach, and a strong ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.

Requirements

  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working with ambiguity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including stakeholder updates and meeting facilitation
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving
  • Collaborative team player with a client-first mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, information systems, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in implementation, client onboarding, or project management in a software or technology-driven environment
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence, MS Project)
  • Experience working with clients or partners in technical delivery or integration contexts
  • Strong Excel skills (data manipulation, tracking, reporting)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in financial services, enterprise software, or SaaS implementations
  • Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), APIs, or systems integrations
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, or PMP certification (or progress toward one)
  • Experience working on large-scale technology transformation programs
  • Exposure to AI solutions and process automation

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple client implementation projects, including defining project plans, tracking milestones, and mitigating risks.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful delivery across all implementation phases (requirements, configuration, testing, and launch).
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure alignment with timelines, scope, and budget.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact during implementation, building trust and credibility with client stakeholders.
  • Facilitate client meetings, status updates, and handoffs to customer success or support teams.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with clients, adapting messaging to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Partner with internal teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, QA) to resolve technical questions and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Perform the role of a functional consultant and support client on creating custom technical or product solutions
  • Support client testing efforts by conducting UAT, coordinating testing plans, logging issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Stay current on product functionality to act as a knowledgeable guide during implementations.
  • Conduct product training sessions and support clients in adopting best practices for system use.
  • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding documentation, templates, and playbooks.
  • Contribute lessons learned to internal knowledge-sharing efforts.
