Our mission is to be inforced in every MSP! About the Role We are seeking a partner focused, organised and dynamic Implementation Manager to join our growing US team. This person will support the onboarding of new MSP partners across the North America region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading multiple client implementations, managing project timelines, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Technical expertise—particularly within the Microsoft stack—is preferred but not required. Key responsibilities include, managing multiple implementations, hosting client webinars, & delivering group training sessions.
