About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Implementation Manager to join our growing Customer Success team. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping Barti meet and exceed customer expectations by owning their entire initial experience. You will lead a structured onboarding process for new customers, taking them from post-sale kickoff to a successful "go-live." You will serve as the customer's primary partner during this critical phase, managing the project, configuring the platform, and training their team. You will be an important liaison between the customer and our sales and engineering teams to ensure a smooth transition and rapid time-to-value.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing, technical role such as Customer Success Manager, Implementation, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, or Project Management.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with a knack for simplifying complex topics.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A self-driven and proactive mindset. You are adaptable, responsible, resilient, and eager to contribute to the team’s vision
  • Experience with CRM or project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, Jira, HubSpot).

Nice To Haves

  • Prior optician, office manager, or technician experience in an eye care setting.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • A proven track record of handling difficult customer situations or implementation escalations.
  • Willingness to travel to provide in-person support for events, customers, and partners as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Customer Onboarding: Manage a structured onboarding process and own the initial experience for new customers, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Project Management: Set clear expectations, define success plans, and manage multiple, concurrent implementation projects to ensure they are completed on-time and align with customer goals.
  • Technical Configuration: Become a deep expert in the Barti platform, guiding customers through technical setup, system configuration, and data migration.
  • User Training & Enablement: Conduct comprehensive training sessions (remote and occasionally in-person) to promote self-service and drive strong initial product adoption.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to process development and improvement efforts. Identify opportunities to enhance the onboarding experience and our operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a Customer Advocate: Proactively anticipate customer needs, mitigate project risks with clear communication, and act as the primary internal champion for an exceptional post-sale experience.
