This role requires a "doer" mindset—someone who personally handles business analysis, technical configuration, data mapping, and testing while maintaining the tenacity to drive projects to the finish line. This role manages the full implementation lifecycle—scoping, planning, execution, and deployment—while ensuring long-term client satisfaction and platform adoption. As a key member of the implementation team, the Implementation Manager brings deep project leadership expertise, a proactive client-first approach, and a strong ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, information systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in technical implementation or client onboarding.
  • Hands-on Technical Skills: Proven experience performing UAT, data validation, or system configuration (not just managing the people who do it).
  • ERP Familiarity: Direct experience with at least one major ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Data Literacy: Ability to discuss API endpoints, SFTP file structures, and CSV/XML mapping.
  • Tool Proficiency: Mastery of Excel (data manipulation/reporting) and project tools like Jira or Confluence.

Nice To Haves

  • Industry Context: Experience in financial services, enterprise software, or SaaS implementations.
  • Methodology: Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, or PMP certification.
  • Scale: Experience working on large-scale technology transformation programs.
  • Advanced Tech: Exposure to AI solutions and process automation.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Results: Proactively manage and "chase" internal and external stakeholders to ensure zero slippage in the implementation timeline.
  • Project Lifecycle: Lead multiple "heavyweight" client projects, defining plans, tracking milestones, and maintaining detailed documentation.
  • Technical Communication: Adapt technical messaging for both IT and treasury audiences to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Training & Enablement: Conduct product training sessions and improve onboarding templates/playbooks to support best practices.
  • Hands-on Configuration: Act as the primary "doer" for technical configuration, including data mapping and system setup.
  • ERP Integration: Partner with internal Product, Engineering, and QA teams to resolve technical questions and deliver high-quality integrations.
  • Deep-Dive Testing: Lead client testing efforts by conducting UAT, coordinating testing plans, and personally logging/resolving technical issues.
  • Functional Consultancy: Act as a functional consultant to create custom technical or product solutions for strategic partners.
  • Contribute lessons learned to internal knowledge-sharing efforts.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including stakeholder updates and meeting facilitation
