Start your Voyage – Profile Summary The Implementation Manager manages end‑to‑end implementation and transition activities for new business, ensuring delivery aligns with client expectations. The Implementation Manager serves as the primary project lead and liaison between clients and external partners, driving coordination, risk management, issue resolution, and overall delivery excellence. Please Note: This position will require travel to our Voya office as business requires. Candidates must be located within a 50-mile radius from your assigned office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5–7 years of experience in corporate retirement plans with direct implementation or project management experience supporting complex client solutions
  • Experience with the OMNI recordkeeping system strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask competing priorities in a fast‑paced, results‑based environment; strong organizational and time management skills are essential
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and independent problem‑solving skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Self‑starter

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end implementation activities for complex client transitions, including new business onboarding and vendor changes
  • Develop and manage detailed implementation project plans, including timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks
  • Oversee multiple concurrent implementations while managing day‑to‑day execution responsibilities
  • Ensure all implementation milestones are met on time, within scope, and with a high degree of quality
  • Drive resolution for complex customer inquiries and issues
  • Carry a higher‑than‑standard workload as volumes warrant
  • Proactively anticipate customer needs by leveraging experience and knowledge of the customer
  • Recommend process improvements and manage initiatives related to areas of expertise, including support for new initiatives and products
  • Work independently to solve issues and eliminate roadblocks
