We are seeking a full-time Implementation Manager who will work hand-in-hand with our Partner Success, Student Support, and Operations teams. This is a dynamic, multifaceted, and challenging role. Requirements

  • 3+ years of higher education experience, including program design or implementation
  • 3+ years of experience supporting partnerships at an education technology company
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-value partnerships and deliver measurable results
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Comfort with change and adaptability in a growing company
  • Commitment to teamwork, lifelong learning, accessibility, and making an impact

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with peer programs in higher education
  • Experience as a peer tutor
  • Experience within other parts of the educational sector (e.g., K12)

Responsibilities

  • Manage implementations with new partners to ensure that programs are able to get off to a strong start
  • Support partners and students by handling front-line issues through meetings, email, and our support ticketing system
  • Collaborate with Partner Success team members to create and improve strategic account-based plans to improve outcomes for existing partnerships
  • Drive student tutoring usage and satisfaction of services among partnered institutions by educating on best practices and standardizing playbooks
  • Proactively share knowledge and expertise through documentation, one-on-one, trainings, and webinars
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement in collaboration with Sales, Partner Success, Operations, and Engineering teams
  • Provide additional support for special engagements and other partners who require custom handling
  • Serve as an internal and external subject-matter expert on Knack, our platforms, and our overarching philosophy
