About The Position

As an Implementation Manager, you will lead the technical onboarding and enablement of mid-market and enterprise customers, ensuring seamless integration of software into complex data environments. You will work closely with technical architects to translate customer requirements into actionable implementation plans and scalable processes. This role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence while directly impacting customer success and satisfaction. You will facilitate workshops, manage technical discovery sessions, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver robust solutions. By standardizing and automating implementation frameworks, you will create efficiencies that allow the organization to scale effectively. Your focus will balance both technical precision and client-facing collaboration, making you a key driver of long-term adoption and value.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions architecture, or similar enterprise software roles.
  • Hands-on experience with data integration, APIs, and enterprise architecture.
  • Proven ability to manage complex technical implementations while communicating clearly with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience designing scalable implementation processes and frameworks.
  • Strong technical project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for technical and business audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with data warehouses, ETL processes, and marketing technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation process for mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with Technical Architects to align technical execution with customer success objectives.
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions and workshops with customer engineering teams and business stakeholders.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize detailed technical documentation, integration specifications, and implementation best practices.
  • Develop repeatable, scalable implementation processes while accommodating unique enterprise requirements.
  • Identify and resolve technical blockers that could affect successful onboarding.
  • Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams to influence product development.
