The Customer Success organization focuses on ensuring that clients receive maximum value from our products through the combined expertise of Product Education, Implementation, Success Management, and Support. These teams work together to drive strong client outcomes and long-term adoption. This role sits within the Implementation Services team and is primarily aligned to Lease, Marketing and Data (LMD) projects, with the flexibility to support Activate engagements when needed. Our team ensures the successful rollout of VTS products and continuously improves time to value for clients. As an Implementation Manager, you will guide clients through onboarding their data, approving project milestones, and adopting VTS products. To succeed in this role, you should bring prior experience in project management and SaaS, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate independently. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys structured execution, detailed workflows, and completing the tasks required to keep projects moving, especially during the first phase of their journey at VTS. Please note that this opportunity is located in New York, NY, and requires this hire to work from our office four days a week.
