About The Position

The Customer Success organization focuses on ensuring that clients receive maximum value from our products through the combined expertise of Product Education, Implementation, Success Management, and Support. These teams work together to drive strong client outcomes and long-term adoption. This role sits within the Implementation Services team and is primarily aligned to Lease, Marketing and Data (LMD) projects, with the flexibility to support Activate engagements when needed. Our team ensures the successful rollout of VTS products and continuously improves time to value for clients. As an Implementation Manager, you will guide clients through onboarding their data, approving project milestones, and adopting VTS products. To succeed in this role, you should bring prior experience in project management and SaaS, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate independently. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys structured execution, detailed workflows, and completing the tasks required to keep projects moving, especially during the first phase of their journey at VTS. Please note that this opportunity is located in New York, NY, and requires this hire to work from our office four days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally across teams at VTS to support a consistent client experience from pre-sale through implementation and early adoption
  • Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines from kickoff through go live while ensuring milestones are delivered on time and within scope
  • Support technical onboarding including client data collection, data ingest coordination, integration reviews, validation, and troubleshooting
  • Facilitate recurring project touchpoints to ensure clients are meeting requirements and progressing toward approval and adoption
  • Create clear and structured implementation plans based on client goals, including data workflows, automation opportunities, and recommended processes
  • Manage hands on implementation tasks such as reviewing data, updating configurations, preparing documentation, coordinating follow ups, and executing process checklists
  • Maintain high attention to detail while balancing recurring task driven work with end to end project ownership
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate blockers, resolve issues, support UAT, and ensure a smooth handoff into ongoing support
  • Flex between LMD and Activate projects as needed while maintaining a consistent delivery standard
