About The Position

Implementation Manager with a healthcare background will implement scheduling platforms and applications across our markets.
Develop project goals, objectives and schedule to align with defined business strategy.
Define and ensure resources are assigned to meet project goals.
Develop, track and document all aspects of the project.
Define project budget and monitor and adjust plan as resource requirements change.
Communicate and document project quality and progress metrics.
Address and resolve project issues to ensure project remains on track.

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project management and implementation planning
• Healthcare scheduling workflows (Primary Care and/or Specialty)
• Dash Central and Self-Scheduling configuration
• Epic scheduling knowledge and system alignment
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and validation
• Cross-functional stakeholder management (ACC, Market Ops, IT, Clinical)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Risk identification and issue escalation
• Process improvement and workflow optimization
• Ability to manage multiple deployments and timelines simultaneously
