We’re hiring an Implementation Manager to support client onboarding, renewals, and Open Enrollment by ensuring strategy turns into smooth, accurate execution. This role sits between Account Management and Operations, acting as a central coordination point once client strategy is set. You’ll own standardized intake, track readiness, and help ensure that all required information, documentation, and sequencing are in place before work moves downstream. This is a great role for someone who enjoys managing details, building repeatable processes, and proactively solving problems—while working closely with Account Managers, Operations teammates, and external partners.
