About The Position

The Enterprise Solutions Lead oversees the most complex and consultative solution engagements within SMB Professional Services. This role leads a team of Solution Consultants and Senior Solution Consultants responsible for onboarding and delivering project-based solutions for large, multi-location SMB customers . Serving as a player–coach , the Enterprise Solutions Lead provides hands-on leadership for high-impact engagements while ensuring consistent solution quality, strong customer outcomes, and effective execution across both new and existing customers. This role operates at the intersection of solution design, customer engagement, and delivery leadership , and requires the ability to lead in dynamic, consultative, and revenue-adjacent environments.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in consultative solution design and customer-facing delivery
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
  • Strong leadership capability in a player–coach or team lead role (1-2 years)
  • Commercial acumen and comfort operating in revenue-adjacent environments.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong judgment in managing scope, risk, and customer expectations.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with comfort leveraging AI-enabled delivery and discovery tools.

Responsibilities

  • Solution Leadership & Customer Engagement Lead and oversee complex solution design and delivery for large, multi-location SMB customers.
  • Act as escalation point for solution complexity, scope challenges, and customer concerns.
  • Provide hands-on leadership for high-risk or strategically important onboarding and project-based engagements.
  • Guide consultants in conducting effective discovery, solution design, and value-based recommendations.
  • Ensure solutions align with customer business objectives, operational realities, and product capabilities.
  • Team Leadership & Enablement Lead, coach, and support a team of Solution Consultants and Senior Solution Consultants.
  • Reinforce consultative selling, stakeholder management, and solution articulation skills.
  • Support onboarding, skill development, and readiness of consultants for complex SMB engagements.
  • Partner with managers on performance feedback, growth plans, and promotion readiness.
  • Model strong customer-facing leadership and ownership behaviors.
  • Project-Based & Existing Customer Work Oversee delivery of project-based services for existing customers, including enhancements, expansions, and optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure clear scoping, expectation-setting, and alignment across Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
  • Support identification of follow-on opportunities through consultative engagement (in partnership with Sales and Account Management).
  • Balance new customer onboarding with existing customer project demand across the team.
  • Process, Quality & Operational Discipline Ensure consistent use of solution frameworks, templates, and delivery standards.
  • Partner with PMO to track project milestones, risks, and delivery health.
  • Identify patterns in solution complexity, delivery challenges, and customer needs to inform process and enablement improvements.
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools and insights to improve discovery quality, solution consistency, and risk identification.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management to support complex SMB opportunities and expansions.
  • Collaborate with Configuration and Onboarding Team Leads to ensure end-to-end delivery alignment.
  • Provide structured feedback to Product teams on feature gaps, scalability needs, and recurring customer themes.
  • Engage with Performance Insights to support KPI tracking and continuous improvement.
