About The Position

This position is for an Implementation Executive in HRO Comprehensive Services – UpMarket at ADP, posted for future openings with applications accepted on an ongoing basis. The role involves providing guidance, insight, and coaching to a client onboarding team. This team is responsible for carrying the ADP relationship forward after a sale, facilitating the initial interaction between small business clients and ADP's industry-leading payroll and HR solutions. As an Implementation Executive, you and your team will build relationships with clients and seamlessly implement ADP's technologies to ensure long-term client success, thereby upholding ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include leveraging project management and leadership expertise to establish the direction of activities, ensure efficient operations, and create a productive and enjoyable working environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a metrics-driven, structured environment, capable of building rapport and trust with clients through clear and professional communication, both over the phone and in writing, aiming for high client satisfaction scores. Requirements

  • 8 years of experience working in a client service/business consultant environment with systems experience.
  • 5 years of people leadership experience.
  • Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success (as an alternative to a college degree).

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems.
  • Certifications that may include Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC), Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), etc.
  • Proficiency and in-depth knowledge of all pertinent ADP HR, Payroll and Benefits policies and procedures.
  • Prior leadership training.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard Clients: Create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation. Through your expertise and relationship-building, you'll help clients develop the skills and confidence to use our products with ease.
  • Implement ADP Technologies: Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes. You will incorporate new processes, tools, and approaches when recommending and implementing with ADP solution.
  • Partner Internally: Interact/collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer service. You will exchange routine information with members of the client project team, including priorities, timeliness, and issues as they arise.
  • Multi-Task - Communicate: You will work on multiple time-sensitive follow-ups/projects at the same time. you will share essential information with clients and internal teams.
  • You adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of inbound calls. Daily phone time may increase during peak seasons, like at the close of the year.
