In this role as an Account Executive, you'll spearhead our direct sales efforts, focusing on key players with substantial workforces of 10,000 to 35,000 employees. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic account relationships, account management processes, and partnership opportunities while collaboratively crafting the go-to-market strategy. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $140,000.00 and up to $165,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience. In this role, you can expect to We’re seeking a results-driven sales professional to craft personalized pitches that resonate with large employers, aligning our solutions to their specific needs. You’ll engage prospects through discovery calls, demos, and in-person meetings, using a consultative approach to close deals. By executing a scalable sales strategy—including cold calling, emailing, and social selling—you’ll build a robust pipeline and convert leads in collaboration with the Business Development team. Managing the full sales cycle, you’ll exceed sales targets while ensuring seamless onboarding for new clients. You’ll partner with Product and Marketing teams to align solutions with market needs and refine go-to-market strategies. Using CRM tools, you’ll track and report sales activities, optimizing performance and pipeline health. To thrive in this role, you have

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales experience required, ideally in outbound or consultative environments
  • Experience in payroll, HCM, benefits, or financial wellness solutions preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales involving multiple decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in driving sales opportunities.
