About The Position

In this role you'll: Implementation Management: Assist with the overall implementation project planning Assure that project milestones are met Identify risks and ensure relevant reporting to line organization Implementation Activities: Be the subject matter expert for implementation projects and ad-hoc requests pertaining to the Cytric Easy system build Take ownership of all deliverables assigned to an implementation project and commit to maintaining a professional and efficient performance in completing system configuration tasks within the defined scope Gain a professional knowledge of the Cytric product portfolio and commit to ongoing learning and ownership of all new release features Contribute to company-wide initiatives to manage maintenance and servicing for the global customer portfolio Communicate professionally and collaboratively with all third-party vendors aligned to customer projects while owning the technical expertise of implementations Contribute to ad-hoc mini-projects for existing and new customers on request related to system migrations and new feature activations Commitment to rigorous, self-paced, and continuous upskilling on the evolving cytric portfolio Quality: Ensure high quality of deliverables Ensure efficiency of proposed solutions Ensure compliance with industry standards and corporate strategies Support and document the industrialization of implementation processes within the team

Requirements

Fluent in spoken English with proficient writing skills
Comfortable in a customer-facing role with the ability to communicate in a proficient and professional manner
Ability to build long-term relationships and collaborate inter-departmentally
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Accountability and high level of autonomy
Communicate with respect and operate with integrity

Nice To Haves

Preferred University Degree and/or professional certification in IT, Business, or related field
3+ years preferred Project and/or Implementation Management experience working with SaaS products
3+ years preferred professional experience working in the Travel Industry
