We are looking for an Implementation Coordinator to join our Financial Crimes Solutions Implementation team. Implementation coordinators are customer-centric, driven, highly organized, and love to delight our customers. Coordinators deliver excellent customer experiences by taking them through a structured implementation project. Adhering to a strategic plan utilizing phased implementation steps to ensure a successful go-live. In addition to strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, this position requires a strong technical acumen. Our team values strong internal/team relationships, camaraderie, and having fun in our day-to-day work environment. As team members mature in their positions, emerging talents and skills are recognized and job responsibilities are fashioned to capitalize on what individuals do best. This position will be filled to work remotely within the United States. Ability to travel up to 5% to attend JHA meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.
