Dominion Payroll is hiring an Implementation Ancillary Services Specialist! We are seeking a dynamic Implementation Ancillary Services Specialist who is responsible for onboarding and supporting foundational ancillary services for new and existing clients. This role focuses on building strong working knowledge of core ancillary products, ensuring accurate setup, documentation, and client communication throughout the onboarding lifecycle. Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in payroll, HRIS, benefits, or related administrative environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Implementation, Sales, and Operations.
  • Ability to follow established processes and escalate appropriately when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of assigned ancillary services from request through completion.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams regarding ancillary service setup and status updates.
  • Ensure all required documentation and client information is collected, validated, and properly stored.
  • Maintain accuracy in system configuration and confirm readiness prior to go-live.
  • Communicate clearly with Implementation and internal teams regarding timelines, requirements, and completion status.
  • Document updates and service notes within the system of record.
  • Maintain organized tracking of assigned service requests and meet turnaround expectations.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to build product knowledge and operational independence.
