About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Computer Science or Business Analytics and will play a key role in supporting the successful onboarding and implementation of client solutions. This role requires proficiency in data handling, communication, and project execution, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Experience or strong understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with project management methodologies or tools (e.g., Zoho, Agile, JIRA, Asana).
Basic understanding of SQL or other data query languages.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the configuration and deployment of solutions.
Translate client needs into functional specifications and implementation plans.
Utilize data visualization tools to analyze and present data in a clear and actionable format.
Build and maintain implementation documentation and process flows.
Perform data validation, transformation as needed.
Leverage Microsoft Excel to perform data analysis, build reports, and support decision-making.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients through written reports, presentations, and regular updates.
Ensure timely and accurate implementation of solutions, while identifying and addressing potential risks or issues.
Work independently to manage priorities and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
Act as a team player, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
