About The Position

To assist the Impacter Systems Operator and Impacter Shift Operator to produce quality forging in substantial quantities, meeting all required production standards. Unload bundles of steel from truck to storage with overhead crane. Obtain bundle of steel from storage with overhead crane. Assist in setting up forging system to proper product specification. Assist maintenance personnel with disassembly, maintenance repair and re-assembly operations as directed. Operate trim press when in production. Operate hot coin press if required. Remove scrap and completed parts as required. Keep equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition. Perform other duties as required by supervision. Requirements

Basic math and English skills.
Ability to read basic measuring instruments, such as scales and fixed gauges.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
