About The Position

The Impact Planning Advisor plays a strategic role within the Projects & Initiatives (P&I) governance framework, directly supporting and reporting to the Strategic Integration Lead. This position is responsible for advising, supporting, and facilitating cross-functional projects and initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational priorities, effective resource allocation, and measurable impact. The Impact Planning Advisor acts as a connector between governance boards, project leads, and functional teams, driving clarity, prioritization, and adoption of new ways of working.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative or project management capacity.
Experience managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Strong skills in planning, executing, and overseeing projects.
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and business tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, project management platforms).
Ability to work independently and organize time effectively.
Flexibility to adjust plans based on feedback and changing circumstances.
Commitment to ethical practices, confidentiality, and transparency.

Responsibilities

Ensure all projects align with business objectives and governance standards, reducing duplication and resource waste.
Collect, synthesize, and circulate qualitative and quantitative data to enable insights for optimal results.
Guide and enable cross-functional partnerships with various stakeholders.
Maintain a comprehensive database of projects, initiatives, and resources.
Assist in mitigating risks and enabling optimal outcomes.
Integrate feedback loops, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Comply with the company’s Code of Conduct and model organizational values and behaviors.
Support change management processes and contribute to strategic schedules, plans, and initiatives.
