About The Position

As the Immunology Learning Lead, you will own the end-to-end US learning strategy for the immunology portfolio across launch and lifecycle phases. You will translate global asset strategies into US-relevant, capability-based learning roadmaps, anticipating evolving business needs and enabling launch readiness, execution excellence, and sustained performance. This role requires a strong bias for action, proactively identifying capability gaps and translating them into impactful learning solutions. You will lead a team of learning professionals and serve as a key integrator across Medical, Commercial, Access, and global learning partners. You will work closely with US Medical, Commercial, Access, and Patient Evidence & Impact learning teams, as well as global asset learning partners. You will regularly engage with senior US brand, medical, and learning leaders, influencing outcomes in a highly matrixed environment, often without direct authority, to drive innovative, compliant, and business-critical learning solutions across the US learning ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5–10 years of experience in learning, training, or capability development within pharma or life sciences
  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing learning strategies supporting US product launches
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing and developing learning teams
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Proven experience engaging and aligning with senior business and functional stakeholders
  • Deep expertise in adult learning principles and behavior-change methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the US immunology asset learning strategy across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases
  • Translate global asset strategies into US-specific, capability-based learning roadmaps
  • Lead the development and deployment of US immunology launch curricula
  • Adapt and localize global learning content to meet US field and business needs
  • Proactively anticipate learning and performance needs aligned to brand and portfolio strategy
  • Partner across Medical, Commercial, Access, and global learning teams to ensure aligned, compliant execution
  • Influence senior stakeholders and enable decision-making across complex, matrixed teams
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of immunology learning professionals
