Under the direction of the Health Programs Director, the Program Manager supervises outreach staff, monitors program performance, and fosters partnerships with healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations. Serving as the department’s subject-matter expert on immunization policy and practice, the incumbent promotes data-driven decision-making, coordinates education and outreach efforts, and strengthens public confidence in immunization as a cornerstone of community health.
