About The Position

The Global Immigration pillar within our Global Mobility & Immigration (GMI) team manages immigration strategy and operations worldwide, partnering with employees, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions that enable global workforce agility. We’re hiring a US Immigration Program Manager to join the Global Immigration pillar. In this role, you’ll focus on managing our high-volume US immigration program, working closely with employees, managers, and vendors to ensure timely and compliant processes. You’ll also contribute to improving how we track, report, and scale immigration support across the business. You’ll own and drive the execution of our US immigration program, with opportunities to expand into the wider Americas region over time. You will report into the Global Immigration Manager on our Global Mobility & Immigration team in the People Operations.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience (typically 4–6) in US immigration experience in US immigration (e.g., at a law firm, vendor, or in-house program) within a high-volume environment.
  • Experience supporting or managing high-volume immigration programs.
  • Familiarity with common US work authorization categories (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, PERM, green card) and up to date with the latest changes in the US immigration landscape.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases at once with accuracy and care.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with employees and partners.
  • Experience with case management systems or centralized vendor platforms to manage immigration cases efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of our US immigration program - managing day-to-day immigration cases (work visas, green cards, compliance tracking) in close partnership with employees, managers, recruiters, and vendors.
  • Act as the first point of contact, providing clear guidance on immigration processes, policies, and timelines.
  • Support process improvements, data accuracy, and reporting across our immigration portfolio.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, Talent Acquisition) and the rest of the GMI team to ensure alignment and compliance.
  • Contribute to scalable practices as our team grows, with potential to expand responsibilities into the Americas region.
