Summary/Objective The Immigration Coordinator provides administrative support to a growing team responsible for drafting immigration petitions and green card applications. The Immigration Coordinator will be a key member of the team by sorting and scanning incoming mail, printing, and compiling drafted petitions/applications for filing with USCIS/Consulate, and performing data integrity and data audits. The Immigration Coordinator will report directly to the Immigration Specialist Manager. Duties/Responsibilities Gather and organize supporting documentation from clients that are necessary for immigration filings Print and compile drafted petitions/applications for filing with USCIS/Consulate Timely sort and scan incoming mail from clients and USCIS/Consulate Ensure data integrity by routinely updating case progress and critical immigration dates in INSZoom, our immigration case management system, and completing data audits Provide administrative support (mail, fax, copying, and scanning). Place inquiries with USCIS and NVC; complete web portal inquiries. Meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress/issues to the manager and/or attorney. Work collaboratively with Immigration Specialist, manager(s), and attorney(s). Additional responsibilities as assigned.
