Do such questions intrigue you? - Client Overview: Our client is a technology company specializing in cutting -edge operations for employment -based immigration. - Role Summary: As an Immigration Attorney, you will contribute to high -volume U.S. business immigration operations, ensuring legal compliance, training administrators, addressing legal and operational issues, and proposing process improvements.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a credible university and admission to the bar.
  • 1+ year of experience in immigration, preferably employment -based, but family -based experience will be considered.

  • Experience in high -volume immigration operations.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize U.S. immigration legal knowledge to ensure completion of daily workflow targets and maintain integrity of the onsite case preparation program.
  • Train administrators on USCIS filings, document processing, and PERM job postings, and review work product for legal accuracy and quality.
  • Assist in root cause analysis and resolution of legal and operational issues.
  • Identify and propose legal process improvement ideas to increase quality, improve employee experience, streamline workflow, and build operational resiliency.
  • Review non -immigrant and immigrant visa filings for legal compliance.
  • Address legal questions related to I -9 completion, E -Verify, and PERM requirements.
  • Provide support for complex E -Verify issue resolution.
  • Train and monitor administrators supporting I -9 reverification.
  • Assist managers in understanding PERM requirements during applicant review.
  • Respond to visa -dependent employee inquiries regarding visa and green card eligibility, travel, and maintenance of status.
