Join our team and discover why we are a top veteran employer and Certified Great Place to Work™ Imaging Technician The primary responsibility of the Imaging Technician is to support investigative processes and ensure a timely and accurate product is delivered to the customer. This position supports the Case Processing Operation Center (CPOC) within our Defense and Intel Operating Group.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Plan, organize and complete multiple assignments timely and efficiently.
  • Basic computer/office literacy; familiarity with Microsoft Office or other compatible applications.
  • Effectively communicate with team members both written and oral. Maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be able to interpret procedure manuals, email correspondence and instructions.
  • Must have the ability to manage and complete work assignments independently or with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule. Schedules are dependent on workload and will require availability outside of department core hours, which may include evening and weekends.
  • Must be willing to work on-site.
  • Must consent to a government background investigation. Contract requires US citizenship, due to nature of work performed.
  • Must reside within 1 hours driving time of Boyers, PA.

Responsibilities

  • Identify documents, document types as well as verify written and typed print for accuracy.
  • Serialize cases/material in numerical order.
  • Properly receive cases and case material, as well as, forward cases and material to their proper destinations using computer programs/equipment.
  • Scan in necessary documents while performing daily maintenance/calibration on imaging and microfilm scanners and machines.
  • Provide Quality Assurance in the examination of electronic and hardcopy documents working.
  • Working with computer software and microfilm equipment to ensure legibility and accuracy of sensitive information.
  • Retrieve investigative records from microfilm rolls as needed.
  • Audit and examine printed/microfilmed material for accuracy and legibility, redacting necessary documents.
  • Other assignments/projects as needed to support department, contract, or business needs.
