About The Position

Responsible for maintaining the uniform operation of the department by performing a broad range of duties. Receives and processes necessary paperwork; maintains on-going records, performs exams according to policy while assuring patient safety, comfort and protection. Assists the radiologist and attending physician. Communicates effectively and appropriately, works efficiently and productively, maintains a clean and safe environment by demonstrating proper use and care of equipment. Reflects a caring attitude for patients, visitors, and employees. About Us Lake Guntersville, a mountain-lakes jewel, is located approximately 30 miles from metro Huntsville – and is home to Marshall Medical Centers. Requirements

  • Must have completed a clinical competency, in training and in good standing with the Radiology Program at an affiliate school of Radiology. (GSCC or WSCC)
  • Students should have completed at least one semester clinical rotation in this department or be willing to complete an in-service with one of our Registered Technologist before beginning a weekend shift.
  • Should be certified in CPR.
