The successful candidate: Job Summary Professional caregiver responsible for supervising, organizing, and directing patient care and staff activities within the Mammography, Ultrasound, and Cardiopulmonary departments. Oversees technologists, evaluates performance, and manages daily departmental operations, including staffing assignments. Guides personnel in delivering high‑quality patient care across all age groups. Performs additional duties as delegated by the Imaging Director and Manager. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology
  • Minimum Experience: 5 years of Mammography experience required
  • Required Certification/Licensure: ARRT (Mammography) registration
  • IEMA License
  • CPR – Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail‑oriented, self‑starter with strong follow‑through

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred Experience: Previous supervisory experience
  • MQSA experience
