Iron Mountain is seeking a smart and committed _Imaging Specialists_ to join our Boyer's Commercial Imaging Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for image digitization, restoration, remediation, and reformatting in the digital studio space. You will also ensure all images and data receive the utmost quality, care, and professionalism during processing.

Requirements

  • Minimum requirement of High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with PC and other computer related products/administrative experience.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and understand the importance of detail and accuracy in data entry and processing
  • Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work, and the physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform critical pre and post scanning functions including sorting, prepping, scanning hard copy records, and indexing key data into multiple software applications to ensure a quality image and accurate data capture.
  • Complete internal documentation and tracking, including following production procedures and printing Document Control Sheets for all records.
  • Adhere to Imaging Center guidelines to maintain a clean work environment, and ensure compliance with all procedures specified by your Supervisor/Manager.

  • Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday, Flex Start btw. 3-3:30 PM, 8 Hour Shift Scheduling
