Prep, compile, and assemble documentation accurately and consistently in high volume and time- sensitive production scanning atmosphere. Maintaining quality and error free work. Handle confidential and sensitive information with high integrity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Core Function of the Role: Adhere to HIPAA standards and guidelines. Achieves Time Productivity statistics by meeting standards established by the facility. Prepare document for scanning and indexing. Duties includes but are not limited to inserting of separator sheets as needed, removal of all bindings and staples, rotation of pages, unfolding of bent corners, alignment of top edges of pages, taping of receipt tape to larger sheets. Completes all paperwork in a timely, accurate and legible manner. Maintain organized and clutter free workstation to prevent assembly errors. Strong attention to detail.
