Job Description: The Imaging Services Manager, will play an important role in OneOncology and United Urology Group diagnostic imaging practice operations. This role will report to and support the Director, Imaging Services in tasks and projects required to support Imaging Services and expansion projects through multi-vendor relationships to assist with ongoing integrations, service line operations, and key initiatives for Diagnostic Imaging Services. This position will collaborate with leadership and practices to partner and promote successful operations of Diagnostic Imaging modalities with a strategic focus on PET/CT and Radiopharmaceuticals. Responsible for supporting diagnostic imaging operational excellence and individual practice expansion projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and standards are met for each modality while achieving long-term program success. The ideal candidate has direct experience managing or performing diagnostic imaging services utilizing program and project management skills, clinical expertise, and leadership experience to launch and grow diagnostic imaging programs. This position can be remote near a major US airport or office based in Nashville.

Requirements

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in Radiology Sciences or Nuclear Medicine
  • Licensure with ARRT or NMTCB
  • 5 + years clinical experience within Diagnostic Imaging
  • Prior experience managing Diagnostic Imaging services, systems, vendors, and partnerships
  • Knowledge of EMR workflows, Image sharing and PACs technologies and equipment quality control measures to support patient care documentation for diagnostic imaging modalities
  • Experience launching PET/CT services and RadioPharm programs
  • Industry knowledge of regulations, vendors, systems and technology solutions to support Imaging services in an outpatient setting.
  • Ability to interpret, implement, and enforce complex regulations, contracts, and policies.
  • Strong planning and analytical skills to lead projects and programs
  • Effectively handle shifting priorities and adapt to changing demands in a dynamic environment
  • Customer Service Mindset
  • Track record of successful project leadership and execution
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal/written/listening)
  • Must be detail-oriented, own key tasks, handle moderately complex problems, require minimal direction, and be able to work within a team setting.
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel up to 50% and work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Champion and implement project plans for successful imaging and Radiopharmaceutical programs to align with service, value, quality, cost, and access
  • In accordance with state and federal regulations, support RAM filings and amendment needs per practice project
  • Assist practices with implementation of new and novel diagnostic imaging modalities, systems and radioligand therapies.
  • Support Go-Live activities for Integrations and new program launches.
  • Collaborate cross functionally for integrated workflows and training to support end-end service lines needs
  • Effectively lead and facilitate group discussions with operations teams, practice leaders, radiology vendors, and clinicians to maintain project milestones.
  • Ability to successfully lead projects from inception through implementation and ongoing operations
  • Execute program standards to support multiple modality imaging functions
  • Promote high-quality services adhering to regulatory compliance, applicable accreditation standards, professional practice standards and professional license requirements.
  • Partner with operations and integration teams to provide support and service line expertise for established practices and new practices.
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to achieve Diagnostic Imaging program goals to ensure budget, resources, quality, safety and regulatory standards are well maintained.
  • Collaborate with peers across OneOncology and United Urology Group to support practice growth initiatives, share best practices, and drive operational excellence across multiple workstreams/departments
  • Other duties that may be assigned by Director, Imaging Services to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.
