Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the daily functions and workflow of assigned departmental personnel. Manages operational functions to include but not limited to: customer satisfaction, administrative responsibilities, information, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, clinical performance and all patient care within radiology imaging. Manages ongoing analysis, develop and implementation of methods and systems to improve overall efficiencies and effectiveness of services and functions. Serves as a liaison between the department and physicians, nurses and other organization departments. This is a fully onsite role at Fishers Hospital Monday-Friday day shift with availability to round on evenings and weekends as this role is supporting a 24/7/365 department. Requirements

  • Basic Life Support certification required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Requires active status through one of the following: American Registry of Radiology Technology (ARRT), the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS), Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB), American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT), or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), as required per specific modality.
  • May be required to have additional certifications dependent on department needs.
  • May require license from Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH), if applicable.
  • Requires 5-7 years experience in Imaging Services, Cardiovascular testing or related experience; in a healthcare institution.
  • 3-5 years leadership experience, required.
  • Requires knowledge of state and federal laws relative to assigned area.
