About The Position

The Imaging Operations Specialist role, to be filled by a Registered Radiologic Technologist or Registered/Registry eligible CT Technologist, communicates with CT Technologists from Cleerly imaging partners to increase high-quality scan availability, reports concerns and process improvements, demonstrates Cleerly software, supports clients on the platform, and collaborates with other departments to standardize best practices for quality and efficiency. The role is full-time (rotating shifts 7 am ET - 4 pm ET. and 8 am ET - 5 pm ET.) with 5-10% expected travel.

Requirements

  • R.T.(R)(ARRT)
  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Radiologic Technology or equivalent required with 1+ year experience, CT registered or registry eligible preferred.
  • Minimum education is an associate degree in radiologic technology (or equivalent).
  • Basic Computer Software Knowledge to include knowledge of Gmail, Drive, Google Spreadsheets, Google Documents.
  • Critical Thinking: evaluate different planning scenarios, anticipate challenges.
  • Adaptability: adjust plans in response to unexpected developments.
  • Highly collaborative: Cross-functional teamwork across multiple departments.
  • Consistent time management: Utilizing the allotted time to complete specific tasks.
  • Willingness to Learn.
  • Communication: Clear, concise communication to convey plans and strategies to team

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with CT Technologists from Cleerly imaging partners to increase the availability of high quality scans for the Imaging Services team to analyze.
  • Supports daily workflow processes to include the lifecycle of a scan.
  • Report and document all related concerns and recommended process improvements to imaging sites and core lab leadership.
  • Demonstrate Cleerly software to clients and partners upon request.
  • Support client assistance to the Cleerly platform upon request.
  • Collaborate with other departments to standardize best practices for quality and efficiency.
  • Monday - Friday, rotating shifts 7 am ET - 4 pm ET. and 8 am ET - 5 pm ET.
  • 5-10% Travel expected.
