About The Position

Responsible for the daily operations and management of imaging services across assigned modalities and locations. This role provides direct supervision of imaging staff, supports workflow efficiency, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and maintains high-quality, patient-centered imaging services. The Imaging Manager collaborates with radiologists, providers, and other departments to ensure timely, safe, and accurate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures while supporting departmental and organizational goals.

Requirements

Associate degree
Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) Required and
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Required or
Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) Required or
Nuclear Medicine Technology Cert Board (NMTCB) Required or
American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) Required or
Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) Required or
Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) Required or
Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) Required

Responsibilities

Monitors workflow and productivity, adjusting staffing and resources as needed to meet patient demand and ensure timely turnaround.
Supports and oversees department regulatory and accreditation compliance.
Participates in budget planning and operational decision-making, providing input on staffing, equipment, and resource needs.
Engages in talent development, including onboarding, training, and the talent care process to foster a high-performing team.
Maintains effective communication with staff, leadership, clinical partners, facilitating alignment on priorities and expectations.
