We are currently seeking an experienced Imaging Manager to oversee daily operations of a large diagnostic imaging department. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a high-performing team and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast paced healthcare environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of diagnostic imaging experience
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Relevant certification (ARRT, RDMS or NMTCB)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (Washington State)
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
• Radiologic Technologist certification from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB)

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations of imaging services including CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, and X-ray
• Oversee staff performance, conduct reviews, and support employee development
• Manage departmental budgets, staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Monitor imaging workflows, resolve PACS and operational issues, and ensure quality standards
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and address equipment-related issues impacting patient care
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve workflows and patient experience
• Analyze volume and access trends to support operational and strategic planning
