About The Position

Detail‑oriented technical support professional with strong experience in Windows imaging, deployment, and end‑user computing across enterprise environments. Skilled in hardware/software configuration, troubleshooting, and supporting high‑volume call center operations. Core Technical Skills Imaging & Deployment: Extensive hands‑on experience with Windows imaging, refresh initiatives, SCCM, and enterprise deployment workflows. Windows Environment: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Windows configuration, Office Suite, Outlook, and endpoint support. macOS: Working knowledge of Mac hardware and Mac OS environments. Hardware support, asset management, device configuration, and troubleshooting Networking and connectivity support: wireless, Cisco AnyConnect, Citrix Understanding of technical infrastructure including networking, telecom, broadband, and end‑user computing platforms Professional Strengths Strong analytical and strategic thinking across planning, design, implementation, and operations Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical issues quickly and factually while maintaining positive relationships Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including cross‑team collaboration with business, technology, and vendor partners Self‑motivated, proactive, and driven to identify and deliver practical technical solutions Ability to work independently, escalate appropriately, and collaborate closely with mentors on structured initiatives Customer Support Experience Strong customer service background, supporting users via phone, chat, and email Experienced working with call center technologies, portals, applications, and telephony systems Experience Level Entry‑level, with hands‑on exposure to Windows imaging, deployment, refresh projects, help desk operations, and enterprise support environments
