Hours: We are looking for therapists who are available: ~ Monday through Friday evening hours 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm. ~ Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. We believe in collaboration, continuous learning, and making every moment count. What You’ll Do This role offers the perfect blend of flexibility and hands-on connection with clients in-home. No two days are the same, and every day brings a chance to make a difference! Provide direct support to children, adolescents, and families facing challenges. Identify and address the needs of abused and neglected children and adults. Develop and implement treatment plans that encourage self-regulation, independence, decision-making, and empathy. Collaborate with professionals like educators, care managers, clinicians, and physicians to ensure wrap-around care. Offer emergency support when needed, both during office hours and after hours. Join monthly team meetings to share insights, learn new techniques, and grow as a professional. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
  • Current NJ license (LCSW, LPC, LSW, LMFT, LAC).
  • 2+ years of experience counseling children.
  • 3+ years of experience in mental health services.
  • Familiarity with DSM and ability to make sound clinical judgments.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Candidates must hold, or be willing to obtain, an individual National Provider Identifier (NPI)
  • Establish a CAQH profile
  • Complete the 21st Century Cures Act application

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with art therapy, play therapy, or child abuse treatment.
  • Expertise in child development and family systems.
  • Skills in therapies like PCIT, TFCBT, DIR Floortime, or ACT.
