Hours: We are looking for therapists who are available: ~ Monday through Friday evening hours 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm. ~ Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. We believe in collaboration, continuous learning, and making every moment count. What You’ll Do This role offers the perfect blend of flexibility and hands-on connection with clients in-home. No two days are the same, and every day brings a chance to make a difference! Provide direct support to children, adolescents, and families facing challenges. Identify and address the needs of abused and neglected children and adults. Develop and implement treatment plans that encourage self-regulation, independence, decision-making, and empathy. Collaborate with professionals like educators, care managers, clinicians, and physicians to ensure wrap-around care. Offer emergency support when needed, both during office hours and after hours. Join monthly team meetings to share insights, learn new techniques, and grow as a professional.
